In-network Provider

We are in-network with many insurance plans, including Regence, Providence, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Cigna, Moda Health, Kaiser Permanente, and others.

Please note that network participation varies by insurance plan. It is your responsibility to verify your acupuncture benefits, coverage, and whether our providers are in your network before scheduling an appointment.

Personal Injury Protection (PIP) is included in most Oregon auto insurance policies unless it has been waived. If you have been injured in a motor vehicle accident, your PIP coverage may pay for medically necessary treatment, including acupuncture, regardless of who was at fault.

We accept motor vehicle accident (MVA) claims. Please bring the following information to your first appointment:

• A referral or prescription from your medical provider (if required by your insurance)
• Your claim number
• The date of the accident
• The name and phone number of your insurance adjuster

We accept Workers' Compensation claims. We are in-network with Majoris and Providence for Workers' Compensation.

Before scheduling an appointment, please:

• Obtain a referral for acupuncture from your attending physician, if required.
• Confirm authorization with your claims adjuster.
