Personal Injury Protection (PIP) – Automobile Insurance Claims
Personal Injury Protection (PIP) is part of most auto insurance coverage unless you have waived it. If you have been involved in an auto accident, your auto insurance will cover your medical expenses (including acupuncture) regardless if the accident is your fault or not. We accept MVA insurances, but please bring the following information with your for your appointment:
- prescription from your medical doctor
- claim number
- the date the accident occurred
- the name and telephone number of the insurance adjuster from your personal auto insurance company
Work Compensation Injuries
We accept work compensation injuries. We are in-network with Majoris and Providence. Please talk to your attending physicians for referral of acupuncture and talk to your adjuster about the authorization process prior to make an appointment with us.
Cancellation Policy
Please notify us 24 hours before your scheduled appointment should you must cancel.
If there is cancellation in less than 24 hours notice or no-show, you may be charged a fee of an full appointment.
